Fudger Fluffer Nutter Sandwich
Peanut butter fudge ice cream sandwiched between chocolate-covered peanut butter cookies along with marshmallow crème.
Great for Takeout, Delivery, Drive Thru, and Curbside Service!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup hot fudge sauce
- 2 each peanut butter cookies, prepared
- 1 each Blue Bunny® Peanut Butter & Fudge Ice Cream, pre-cut 3 1/2" x1/2" circle
- 3 Tbsp marshmallow crème
Instructions
- Spread hot fudge sauce on the flat side of peanut butter cookies.
- Add round of peanut butter fudge ice cream on one cookie and marshmallow crème onto the other.
- Press together to make a sandwich.
- Cut in half for service.
