Blue Bunny® Round Slice Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream and limoncello lemon curd between two lemon sugar cookies, rolled in white chocolate chunks and lemon zest.

  • 1 tsp Limoncello
  • 1 Blue Bunny Round Slice
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Curd
  • 1 tsp Limoncello
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest
  • White Chocolate Chunks

Instructions

  1. Dip the bottom of both cookies in limoncello.
  2. Top the first cookie with a Blue Bunny Round Slice.
  3. Spread the lemon curd evenly across the second cookie, then place it on top to form a sandwich.
  4. Roll the cookie sandwich through lemon zest white chocolate chunks, pressing to adhere.
  5. Transfer to the freezer for service.
