Mint chocolate chip ice cream stuffed in between two vanilla pizzelles with half of the sandwich dipped in chocolate.

  • 2 each vanilla pizzelles, prepared
  • 1 each Blue Bunny® Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, pre-cut 3 1/2" x 1/2" round
  • 3 Tbsp dark chocolate couverture, melted

Instructions

  1. Add mint chocolate chip ice cream round on one pizzelle. Gently place other pizzelle on top.
  2. Dip half of the ice cream sandwich in melting chocolate. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
