O’ Snap-uccino Shake
    Delicious shake with Blue Bunny® Cinnamon ice cream & espresso swirled with caramel sauce and gingersnap cookie pieces, topped with whipped cream and cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
 - 3 fl oz milk, whole
 - 3 - #12 scoop Blue Bunny® Cinnamon Ice Cream
 - ¼ cup gingersnap cookies, crumbled
 - ¾ cup whipped cream, prepared
 - 1 Tbsp caramel sauce, prepared
 - 1 each gingersnap cookies, whole
 
Instructions
- Add instant espresso powder and milk to a 30 oz. stainless steel malt cup, whisk to combine.
 - Add cinnamon ice cream and crumbled gingersnaps.
 - Mix with spindle until well blended.
 - Pour into serving glass and garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and gingersnap cookies.
