Sweet Slopes Sundae
A mountain of vanilla ice cream scoops drizzled with chocolate sauce, garnished with rock candy boulders and crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies, topped with cotton candy clouds and finished tableside with a snowfall of sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 7 #12 scoops Blue Bunny® Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 4 fl oz Hot Fudge Sauce
- ¾ cup Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crumbled
- 1 each Blue Bunny® Cookies 'N Cream Sandwich, halved
- ½ cup Whipped Cream Topping
- ¼ cup Rock Candy, chunks
- 3 each Cotton Candy Puffs, skewered with colorful straws
- 1 tsp Glitter Sprinkles
Instructions
- Add scoops of vanilla ice cream to serving bowl, topping each with hot fudge and crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Place cookies and crème ice cream sandwich up the side of the mountain, stacked on top of each other.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with rock candy and cotton candy clouds.
- Finish with glitter sprinkles.
