Caramel Blondie Shake
Vanilla ice cream blended with crumbled Blondies* and caramel sauce, then topped with fluffy whipped cream, toasted pecans, caramel drizzle and a cherry on top.
*Recipe can be modified with any bakery item of choice. Try it with a brownie or a snickerdoodle!
Ingredients
- 3-2 oz scoops Blue Bunny® Quick Blend® Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 oz milk
- ½ cup Blondie (lightly crumbled)
- 4 Tbsp caramel sauce
- Whipped cream
- Chopped pecans
- Maraschino cherry
Instructions
- In a blender jar, combine vanilla ice cream, blondies, 2 tbsp of caramel sauce and whole milk.
- Blend until mixture is fully combined but there are still small pieces of blondie in shake.
- Coat inside of glass with 2 Tbsp of caramel sauce.
- Pour blondie shake into caramel coated glass.
- Garnish shake with whipped cream, pecans and a maraschino cherry.
