Ice Cream Cannolis
Modern twist on classic Sicilian cannoli, three cannoli shells are dipped in dark and white chocolate and stuffed with Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond, Chocolate and Super Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and sprinkled with nuts.
Ingredients
Pistachio Cannoli
- 12 premade chocolate dipped cannolis
- 12 - #30 scoops (17 fl. oz.) Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) roasted pistachios
Devil's Chocolate Cannoli
- 12 - #30 scoops (17 fl. oz.) Blue Bunny Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) chopped white chocolate chunks
- 12 premade white and chocolate dipped cannolis
Vanilla Cannoli
- 12 premade white and chocolate dipped cannolis
- 12 -#30 scoops (12 oz.) Blue Bunny Super Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) small chocolate chips
Instructions
- Scoop one #30 scoop (1 oz.) of Blue Bunny Ice Cream into premade cannoli shell.
- Place cannolis on parchment lined sheet pan
- Freeze until ready to serve.
