Instructions

  1. Cut Blue Bunny® Cookies 'N Cream sandwich in half
  2. Add peppermint stick ice cream on one half of the sandwich and put the sandwich back together.
  3. Crush mint chocolate chip sandwich cookies and roll half of the sandwich in them.
