A gooey cinnamon roll cut in half then stuffed with Blue Bunny® Round Slice Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream covered in cream cheese icing and dusted with cinnamon sugar.

  • 1 (15g) cinnamon roll
  • 1 Blue Bunny Round Slice
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese Icing
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut a cinnamon roll in half.
  2. Spread cream cheese icing on both halves.
  3. Top the bottom half with a Round Slice of ice cream.
  4. Place the top half of the cinnamon roll over the ice cream.
  5. Sprinkle all exposed ice cream sides with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Transfer to the freezer for service.
